Deep Tissue Therapist
Nathan Roach joined the Active Life Therapy team in 2019 bringing with him many years of working with the public sector & Elite athletes from around the world. Nathan focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points. It’s not always easy to understand what trigger point is responsible for the pain. Nathan localises pain to a specific trigger point whicg can be very difficult for some therapist. For that reason, Nathans techniques are often used over a broad area of muscles and tissues rather than at single points.
